VPRA Foundation is a Section 8 Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, working towards education, healthcare awareness, livelihood development, women and youth empowerment, environmental sustainability, art, culture and community development.
This Donation Policy explains how donations are accepted, processed and utilised by VPRA Foundation.
Voluntary Contributions
All donations made through this website are voluntary.
A donation does not create any ownership, membership, voting rights or financial interest in VPRA Foundation.
3. Use of Donations
Unless specifically restricted by the donor or linked to a particular campaign, donations may be used for:

Donation Methods
Donations may be accepted through authorised payment gateways, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and other approved digital payment methods.

After a successful transaction, donors will receive:

No Goods or Services
Donations made to VPRA Foundation are voluntary charitable contributions. No physical products, digital products or paid services are supplied in exchange for a donation. Accordingly, shipping and delivery are not applicable.
Tax Benefits
Tax benefits under the Income-tax Act, 1961 will be available only when VPRA Foundation has obtained the applicable statutory registrations.
VPRA Foundation has not yet obtained approval under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act. Donations made at present are not eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G.
Foreign Contributions
VPRA Foundation accepts donations only in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
Foreign contributions will be accepted only after obtaining the necessary statutory approvals under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA), wherever applicable.
Refunds
All donations are final and non-refundable.

Privacy
Personal information collected during the donation process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this Policy
VPRA Foundation may revise this Donation Policy from time to time.
Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
Tax Benefit Declaration
VPRA Foundation is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education, film literacy, cultural preservation, tribal art, research, and community development.
At present, VPRA Foundation has not yet obtained registration under Section 12A and approval under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Accordingly:

Donations made to VPRA Foundation are voluntary contributions.

No tax deduction or tax exemption under Sections 12A or 80G is currently available to donors.
